Samurai's powers (While pretty damn effective) are near useless here. Considering that his sword can't cut Grade A adamantium (the stuff which laces Yuriko's skeleton and claws)
Her speed is also enhanced , she could gut the Samurai before he can even twist his ring (A motion necessary for him to teleport) and any slashes done to LD can be healed quickly as well.
Overall SS is screwed.

silver sam. has shown that he is easiliy peakhuman to superhuman reflexes
his agility on the other hand is more likly under peakhuman.
silver sam strength is close, but more then likly still under peakhuman
silver sam stamina is quite good how ever it is more then likly close if not on par with DD.
silver sam skills are extremely high he is one fo the top swords men in marvel.
all this being said he is out matched.
lady deathstrike is faster
lady desth strike has superhuman reflex,agility,strength,speed, stamina and her body repairs it self.
Lady death strike is also more rounded and skilled martial artist.
