If we're talking classic Drax /power gem, I think he'd make it to at least Kryptonian, it's hard to judge how he'd do against him though, because he didn't have many showings. But Drax DID one shot a amped up Campion, so even if he lost, I'll bet he'd be able to put up a fight.
