Banshee would definitely lose if the match went h2h due to Canary's training. Other than that, banshee's sonics are by far more powerful and have more applications compared to canary cry and would give him the edge in almost every fight.

Banshee is definately no slouch in the h2h department. He's not in Canary's league, but he wouldn't go down straight away.
When it comes to sonic powers, Banshee has Canary outclassed.
