actually she's not. rachel just bumps up her powers like she did in the savage land and protects her from telepathy and telekinesis and the job is done.

Emma and Rachel immediately are forced to confront each other on the Astral Plane to avoid having their minds shut down...Emma beats her again on the Astral Plane or Psylocke snaps the neck of Rachels lifeless body while Rachel is busy fighting Emma.
think logically...who do you think emma will go for? a telepath more powerful than her...or someone who she holds a grudge against and has for about 20 to 30 years. rachel boosts storms powers ald also protects her from tp and tk. storm takes out both emma and psylock.
Yes especially when Emma has already beaten Rachel quite recently in Uncanny X-Men in an Astral Battle. Emma's skill trumps Rachels power according to the comic. Heck Emma's skill has saved her from the Real Phoenix's mind assault...Emma used a Psi-Bolt against the Real Phoenix to create some sort of Psychic backlash and brought down the entire building...giving Emma enough time to escape.
So nope fact remains battle begins Emma shuts down Storms brain while confronting Rachel in a battle...she then schools Rachel again or Betsy slices Rachel's vunerable body in half while she's busy fighting with Emma on the Astral Plane.

Psylocke snaps Storms neck while Emma schools Rachel in a Telepathic Battle...
BTW Storm has a grudge against Emma..not the other way round...Emma thinks she's far superior to Storm.

That has to be the dumbest strategy possible. First of all In uncanny x-men when storms powers were boosted she was out of control, second it would take time to boost storm by then they would be assaulted and third what kind of hero boosts their partner and then lets them do all the work?
Look down the page...Storm has never shown any resistance to having her brain shut down...see that huge post...below? And there's a scan on that post that shows TK weakens Storms weather powers. And a scan where TK blocks Storms attacks.
If Storms powers were boosted she'd still have her brain shut down before she can attack.
And yeah Emma and Psylocke win.
BTW What If I think there's been a misunderstanding I didn't quote you in my last post...I was repeating what you said. And emphasising it with that post in that link..
