Batman vrs Magneto in a video game of Halo

What if Magneto gets to destroy all the X-men, but then he got into the Xbox life network and start playing until he finds batman playing and they battle in the Halo game who wins? (its a 5 life macht)

i come and smack em all down im undefeated in 2 pro tourneys, never got more than 2 kills scored on me...and won 500 bucks.
