parallax no question - it doesnt tell much on abysss's powers besides creating and absorbing - he re-writes thing parralax does it better
he has destructive powers - parallax does

Because he not well known but he was able to defeat Dormamuu & Mephisto in there own realm so I don't no just because you heard more info on Parallax doesn't mean he is going to wins. Not to say you pigeon holing Abysss
