If you mean the original Thanos, as he fisrt appeared in Iron Man, then Nefaria would win quite easily. This was Thanos pre cosmic cube... just a renegade warlord from Titan... very strong, many weapons- but well under Neferia.
After the cosmic cube affair, Thanos entered a whole new realm of power and while he is sometimes up, sometimes down, he is now WAY beyond Nefaria.

Agree.

But I think a match between the two currently is a lot closer then people give credit for.
