List the order of these cosmic beings as to thier combat threat and threat to ALL
PUt these guys in order of who is the most threat in a one on one fights And who is the most threat to the over all peace and tranquility of the universe.

Darkseid
The Antimonitor
Thanos

So you would be making Two list.
One with who is the most bad assed in a one on one with each other on this list.
And the other is who is a very real threat to the entire cosmos and on what lvl.

Anti-Monitor, Galactus, and Beyonder are the most powerful beings that you have in that list....so, they would be your universal threats.
The biggest threat as far as one on one goes...either Darkseid or Thanos....they are badass and they are notorious for finding uber powerful relics in order to control the universe....ALE, IG, HOTU, etc..

Tyrant (At strongest level, fought Galactus to a near standstill but lost. He lost a lot of power.. but still easily overwhelmed 5 heralds of galactus, and made Thanos fear for his life)
Darkseid (ignoring his "source" requirements.. he is the dark equivalent of highfather, making him skyfather level)
Beyonder (the power of millions of multiverses)
Molecule Man (only being capable of standing up to beyonder on his own power, even phoenix couldn't stand up to beyonder, he made changes on multiversal scales with a whim.)
The Antimonitor (dude shattered the multiverse of dc and affected every comic within it, and recreated a new dcverse which marks him at his peak at multiversal level)
Thanos (with HOTU, IG has caused uproars with even LT, the judge of the multiverse, HOTU outclasses even LT, but it is unsure if it affect the multiversal eternity)
Dark pheonix (held in the power of a device that could destroy at least several universes, and held a universe in her hand)
Galactus (a sibling of Eternity, at full power would be equivalent to death or eternity... and is said that with his death.. he'd create a larged universe than the previous one.. )
Parallax (the combined power of about 3600 GLs)
Onslaught (a portion of his power created another universe, and it took the sacrifice of half of earth's hero's to defeat him)
Mr. Mxylplyx (obviously able to deeply affect reality, as far as I know, he has never created another universe)
Solaris the Supersun (universal threat, that required superman prime at millions of years to defeat, however has never really showed its potential power. It didn't really do anything special.)
Trigon (don't know)
Gog (I don't know
Kronos (i don't know this character)
