Arena: New York City
Rules: 3 hours prep, no help, no interruptions, bloodlust off(Norman would kill him if it was on), each start four hundred feet away from one another.
Snart is an expert in cryonics, he has even built a machine which was causing a glacial havok on Central City.
He can came up with something to stop GG.
Norman has strenght, reflexes and agility far above him, and his a genious, but his durability is still human, so he must care for Snart's attacks.
I see the fight going this way:
400 hundred feet of distance, Captain Cold has already put out his cryo guns, Goblin is hovering on the glider, he flies toward his enemy, pumpkin bombs get dropped, Snart froze some of them, then run from the others to avoid injuries, he'll froze enviroment things like building walls, windows and so to make them reaching the broking point and having some debris falling on Norman to slow him or keep him busy, while being busy on his own for caring about electrical bolts and some explosions.He'll get hit sometimes, and gave Goblin the chance to get closer, and that's where the fun begins.Cryo blast on the glider, Goblin begin to fall and crash into a building or something else.
He's stunned, while CC is injured, he can still walk, Norman too.
He jump out of a building smashing a wall and land from the 2nd floor to the ground.
Each one look into the eyes of the other.Norman close his hands, lift his fists and run toward Snart, so does his foe, who blasts the Green Goblin, who dodge the attacks and counter them.
An electrical bolt, two, a pumpkin bomb is dropped, Snart is crushed into a shop, broking a door and a window in the process and land on a desk, crushing that too.Norman walk toward him, and stab him onto the desk piece with a "batrang" to the left shoulder.Snart pull it out, and stand up pretending to engage a fist fight.Next panel, he flies off the shop and land on the street.Goblin laughs and his gloves glow of electricity, the end is near for Captain Cold.Snart looks toward Norman, is barely able to lift up only his torso, and shout:
PULL OUT!
He pull out an emergency cryo gun and blasts Norman, who miss the target.Goblin is blasted toward a taxi car, frozen and injured.Snart move away from the scene, victorious and proud.
Norman has average durability? So that's how he survived total death? Seriously, Norman wins. Snart is good, but I doubt he can go head to head with the original Green Goblin that well. The Goblin has made some deadly ass machines in the past, some that have beaten Spidey in one try. The Air Gas Bomb takes away any oxygen in a certain amount of area. Remember, he is no where as fast as Spidey, but in the early comics, he actually has dodged bullets(like when those guys refused to work under Gobby and tried shooting him. Norman was able to take a bomb out of his pouch and smash it on the ground faster than the bullet got to him(which he dodged)). Plus, his whole suit is bulletproof, not to mention super mass explosian proof from what we have seen. So that added onto GG's remarkable duration and regeneration just astounds me. Normie wins.
And it's not GOING to hit him, though. You guys are really underestimating GG. One hit by him and CC is just as done. And unlike Cold, Norman is a bullet timer.
So? He'd didn't use that much power when CC used that shield. Besides, GG was so fast that he was able to pull out a Goblin Bomb and use it after the gun was shot AND dodged it. All at the same time. If he can do that, all he needs to do is throw one of those Oxygen Bombs that knocked Spiderman out cold that was supposed to kill a normal human being right into the inside of the shield before it goes down. He's don't those kind of things before.
If the place was an enclosed arena, it would probably be a tossup. CC can use that zero KE field that stops motion and is a wide area effect, that or norman simply uses his finger lasers to kill him. In an open area where norman isn't limited to vertical flying space, he could just stay high and lob some bombs on the surrounding and see just how good is CC with his gun.
I doubt both are really that smart though to come up with something that would tip the odds to their favor even with 3 hours.
