The only people who won't people affected by Despero's mind control are Hal, Diana, and Red Tornado.

Vixen can possibly shrug it off. She once channeled the stubborness of a mule to beat someone mind controlling her....

At least the league has some diversity. Black lightning needs a power ugrade. Some where along the lines of what triumph was. And his lighting should be like negative or something. and actually be black. him being black is rediculous as a reason to call himself black lightning. ANd no mr terrific? that sucks. he's better than BL

Moving Black Lightning up to Triumph level wouldn't be that cool, imo.

Hal was controlled by Despero fairly easily the last time around.

Hal has pretty nice psi shields though. I think he could resist it though it obviously isn't a given.

Agreed. in Virtue and Vice he was more than holding his own against Captain Marvel, Wonder WOman, Supes and Power Girl IIRC. And in JLA #119 he was taking on a fair amount of power aswell.
