Now ive been thinking about this for the past hour or so and i just had to put it down.
its going to be marvel earth a couple cosmics maybe in a giant war - kinda thing.
plot: a group of people - humans/thieves - are in a facility - trying to rob a hi-tech device - for their boss =?. - but a gaurd notices them - they run and the one with the device falls on it.
a giant seismic wave flies outwards destroying all within a 40 miles radius.
heroes from all over are helping out with the mess - to find survivors, and help out with fires,casualities,etc.
when human torch beins an argument with wolverine - the fantastic 4 come together - then the x-men do in argument.
sentinels on watch fly towrads the scene. a little problem breaks out - and ends up with heroes fighting.
another explosion goes off this time with a bigger radius and more power, bodies scattered all over, fires grow, etc.
the majority of the major supe heroes are out, back in new york - a phone call is made - washington d.c - in the following 6 minuites villains and thieves are all over new york and washington wreaking havoc.
with all these heroes so far from the scene - mostly knocked out there is only little help in the area...................
Villains -
doc ock
venom
scorpion
shocker
green goblin
and many more spider man villains,
mole man
molecule man
dragon man
annihilus and many more fantastic 4 vilains,
magneto
omega red
holocaust
brotherhood
jugernaut
proteus and many other x-men villains,
count nefaria
living laser
kang
absorbing man
titania
radioactive man and many other avengers villains - and many other villains of other heroes.
Heroes -
Ant man
binary
black panther
cloak
dagger
goliath
northstar
punisher
triathlon.
can those heroes survive for 40 mins before back up arrives.
NO bloodlust or battlefield removal.
heroes can die and so can villains - opinions

I'm not thinking they have a chance unless the villians come one at a time, or they just hide the whole time.
Gotta say no, not with Juggernaut and the like running around in a huge group. Only way is if they all started in-fighting.

Hell, they don't stand a chance.Binary would be the last standing and probably fly away seeking for help.They'd better escape, with Cloak teleportations ability, Northstar and Binary speed, and use prep time, or search for aid, cause they don't stand a chance.
You put a weak team against an assembly of villains which contains at least 4 TEAM WRECKER, beings who standed up to the might of Avengers, X-Men and so, on daily basis.
