Smile Sinestro vs. Quasar

I actually think this would be a very good fight. Who'd win?

HRm... assuming the yellow rings work in theory like the green ones? then they run on a singular wavelength... eventually quasar would locate it, and siphon the energy off him... quasar 7/10. Hed last just long enough to deplete sinestro of his rings power...

(please log in to view the image) OBJECTION!!!!

Quasar isn't draining anyone who doesn't want to be drained.

Sinestro could blow up Quasars arms like Thanos did to him...it sure took the fight out of ol' Quasar quickly...

Sinestro does not have that kind of power.

Overruled.

IMO, Quasar should take Sinestro for the same reason he should take a slim majority over any top tier GL: Quasar has access to unlimted energy resources, and his manipulation of all energies relies on redirection, not sheer will-power.

Well, he kind of still has the Parallax, if you want to count Forever Evil. Without it, he's still as dangerous and has the experience and fighting skills. I think it all comes down to if Quasar can control his ring, which I doubt.

Just curious but could Quasar control lantern energy since it's heavily reliant on Willpower or Fear? I know Henshaw was able to siphon Lantern energy with the manhunters but they were specifically designed to neutralize Lanterns. I'm wondering if a competent Lantern like Hal or Sinestro could override Quasar's ability to siphon energy or basically, suck their energy back in their rings with greater control.

But yeah if he genuinely could siphon the energy I don't see Sinestro beating him unless he's somehow able to overpower him and end it quickly.
