 Lady Deathstrike vs. Batman

Lady Deathstrike has been briefed on Bruce and is given a thoro run down of everything you need to know about him (from what's in his utility belt to what he ate for breakfast 7 years ago) while Bruce on the other hand has no idea who Deathstrike is. Deathstrike then blindsides Bats after he finishes busting some generic purse snatching thugs, who wins?


(note the fight takes place in the middle of the night in the streets of Gotham and Bats has his standard equipment on him).

Oh and for the uneducated
