I agree Zauriel would win I just wanted to see what everyone else thought since I've been hearing how powerful BB's scream is.

Black Bolt is far stronger than Zaurel he has the same strength as the Hulk before he gets mad.
But he also has the ability to control molecules in his immediate vacinity. So he could turn Zaurel into stone with a thought. Than use his scream to shatter him.
Plus Black Bolt has his energy beam. He could attack from further away with it.
Black Bolt wins though turning him to stone.
