He had to learn and isolate the specific radiation wave which weakened Hyperion , consequently he would have to do the same with the particular brand of kryptonite which weakens SBP. Unfortunately this is impossible due to SBP's Krypton having been destroyed by their red sun Rao instead of simply exploding.
IF Zemo is powerful enough to deal with SBP (Which I doubt purely due to SBP's speed and raw power output) then he may have a slight chance . Otherwise though the Thunderbolts will be going home in body-bags.
Yeah, but all they did was make a giant barrier in space. They were just slowing him down not trying to hurt him. I think if all the Green Lanterns blasted him at the same time it would've taken him out.
The thunderbolts attack to distract him, Radioactive Man starts emitting Red Sun radiation to weaken him and Zemo finishes him off.

not quite, in infinate crisis, after the speedsters push Superboy-Prime into the Speed Force, they imprison him under red sunlight for several years. Kal-El and Kal-L defeat Superboy-Prime by flying him directly through Krypton's red sun, forcing him to burn up his solar energy stored in his body to protect himself from the intense heat of a star, destroying his armor and sacrificing their powers to even the odds.
there is no way that anyone from the thunderblots could beat SBP, they simply dont have the means to...
Superboy, origina, up to Prime, still has his powers based on radiation.
Radioactive Man has total control of these forces. It is silly to say that he wouldn't be able to effect, and possibly defeat Superboy with this power.
To a certain degree I agree however DC speedsters are the bane to Marvel folks and SBP could irridicate some folks just using speed before they can do anything to him.
You're not considering the fact that SBP could take them out in minimal time before RM can do much, or that he could go straight after RM first, and there's nothing the rest could do to stop that.
The hell they weren't. They were given the authorization to use excessive force. What good that did them.
radioactive man would need time to not only figure out what SBP's weakness was, but then he'd need to figure out how to replicate it..... he would be dead by the time he figured this out...
and also remember there is a limit to the extent of radiation that radioactive man can replicate and produce
