He was a child teacher in the temple, and was baptized at the age of 30. He was Baptized by Anup the Baptizer, the 'translation' of anup comes to "John." Horus had 12 disciples, performed miracles(including walking on water and even raised the man named El-Azar-Us from the dead. ) Horus was transfigured on the Mount, crucified, buried, and ressurected. He was known as "the way," "The truth," "the light," "the messiah," "God's Annointed Son," "the son of man," "the good shepherd," "the lamb of god," "the word," and so on. His own epithet was "Iusa the everbecoming son of the father."

Anything ring some bells? If everyone begins to be offended about this piddly little topic, I think my personal moral quandries will come out, and I will start voicing how much all these other topics offend me, I simply find any topic dealing with any sort of mythology or pantheon offensive. Be those pantheon/myths be Norse, Greek, Christian, Egyptian, Hindu, or Islamic or otherwise.
