Is it urban with civilians? Cuz THAT'S really what changes the game.

If it's deserted, it's still a win for Cyke. He just blasts away everything he sees. Hawkeye would be included to his own misfortune.

That, and Cyke does have a pretty unique ability of spatial awareness. Just saying.

Yes but this would really be the only way Hawkeye could garner any substantial wins lol.

this is a near-perfect matchup, without the omni-blast. i'd give it to cyke 6/10 without it, partially because if hawkeye ran out of arrows (like if cyke shot them all out of the air), i think cyke has him h2h.

but with the omniblast, this is a wash.
