QS's current time-traveling abilities don't offer much offense. Right now, all he can do is create copies of himself and make mutations go awry.
Overall, I'd give this to Lizard unless Pietro tries to travel through time, and position his hand so that it goes right through the Lizard's brain on his return back to the present.

marvel is wierd these days - i mean - iron spider - civil wars - xavier walking - cosmics altogether - MAGNETO DEPOWERED they displayed him so powerful - but he was easily depowered

Speedsters usually get the shaft when it comes to fighting; logically speaking, only other speedsters should be able to brawl with other speedsters. That's why I'm tempted to give the fight to Quicksilver.
If the Lizard manages to tag, knock down, or corner QS once, it would most definitely give him the upperhand.

With Pre-HoM Quicksilver, I'd say it then depends on Lizard's durability. Considering Pietro's leg strength, it would, or should, be very effective for him to just go Chun-Li on Lizard's ass with super-fast kicks.
