If you remember right, Morlun is the one that Killed spidey. No other villian has ever done that. He's invulnerable and doesn't tire until his deed is done.
And yet Spiderman killed Morlun when he was pretty much dead.
Spiderman has different tactics. He goes differently for each one. Guys like Green Goblin and Venom have tactics they use, and always work.
id say morlun pretty easy. if you just look at the damage he takes in the other, thrown off a builting head first into the ground, smacked around and then punched over and over and over by spider-man giving it all he can odds are venom couldnt do all that much to him. he didnt seem to really be fighing as offencively as he could either, letting spider-man exhaust himself before trying to take him out. he let spider-man punch himself out and spider-man did alot of punching, most of which was on target.
spider-man might have been sick, but he had enough strength to uproot a mail box and throw it so he was still superhumanly strong, and morlun still took a nosedive into the concrete without showing any signs of injury afterwards. i think morlun would lose interest in this fight sooner than he did the spider-man one though, and probably be alot more offencive.
Spiderman never beat Venom without some help or using a plan but was able to beat Morlun alone. Venom has taken on the likes of Hulk, Juggernaut, the Thing, and Superman. Venom would rip Morlun into two.
Exacatly and Venom aint that dumb either. The thing is even if Morlun was effecting Venom the same way he was draining Spiderman i could see the symbotie just jumping ship and head for a new host in order to survive Venom's a cold S.O.B sometimes like betraying the Sinster Six and Toxin.
