apoc has so many inconsistent showings it's hard to figure him out. he did well against the high evolutionary but seemed to be below loki. dracula has been able to control him.
i'd say orion because i like him better, but i think this is a pretty good fight and if written to the fullest extent, i could see apoc taking a couple, as i could see him a couple from most top tier guys.
