Genis before Photon... killed the entire universe...
Genis as Photon is like a more powerful version ... the guy that killed the universe...
Galactus has been said to be Eternity's level.. ie... universal level..

if Genis can kill the universe... and Photon is a steroid induced Genis... and Galactus is basically a universe at full power...
