Coolest mix of Character and Power/Artifact

You get to pick one character and one Power or Artifact.

Let's see who comes up with the coolest combination. It doesn't neccesarily have to be the most powerful. That is too easy. But, the combination should be formidable.

Personally, I was thinking that Wendigo with the Captain Universe Power would be some crazy,and dangerous mixture.

Like, having the Whizzer be able to run right through a planet if he wanted to.
