Moon Knight. Better sense of morals and such, which is what Galactus prefers. Same reason why Surfer is the most favored among his heralds of past.

Moon Knight has morals? In his recent series he just horribly beat multiple people. Besides, Galactus took Terrax and Morg, who did not have strong morals.

I say Quiclsilver. His power amped up with the power cosmic, would probably make him the fastet herald ever(even faster than Surfer). He'd basically end up being like the Runner.
