The fight starts off on a Gotham rooftop at night.
Batman has is standard utility belt, equipped with thermate and stun grenades, smoke pellets, batarang, grappling hook, infrared goggles, dual sub maching guns, and twin 9mm pistols.
Bullseye has 25 shurikens and a deck of cards.
Daredevil has his billy clubs
Punisher has dual semi-automatic pistols, an assault rife, a large hunting knife. He also has an M-60 stashed somehwere. He is wearing a kevlar vest.
Umm you could probably make an argument that each of his 3 oppponents could beat Batman (at least a couple of times /10) on their own, put them all together and theres no contest. Batman loses 10/10
Well Batman is heavily armed here in this fight (why would you give him pistols though? He's scared of guns). Still the trio takes it pretty easily. They just overwhelm him

Batman is to smart to fight them all at once, he uses a smoke bomb right when the fight starts and uses his grappling hook to get away. Bullseye, Daredevil and the Punisher arent very smart and split up to find him and get picked off one by one. THe only one who might give him some trouble would be DareDevil, but Batman takes him
Uummm. Batman probably couldnt hide from Daredevil if he tried. The only way Bats could get away and not be tracked is if Daredevil stands there while Bats has time to get in the batmobile and drive really far, really fast. Punisher is one of the smartest fighters out there and Bullseye can be very smart/deadly for the right price.
What have you been drinking? Punisher is one of the smartest combatants around with all his black-ops training. Daredevil is also a masterful tactican and with his senses their is no hiding from him. I might see Bullseye going off on his own but Punisher and Matt are gonna stick together. Bruce doesn't have a chance
