Doom with Nero and Kyle's rings vs. The GLC

Victor gains both Nero's yellow ring and Kyle's ring he made for himself after he was Ion the first time. He returns back to 616 for 1 year to prepare then, he returns to the DCU to take control of Oa.

Can Doom beat the entire Green Lantern Corps in this scenario?
