Grandmaster loses big time. Hes powerful but not that powerful. It took several elders with soul gems to push Galactus through a black hole. In an actual fight Grandmaster will lose.

Yes but remember Grandmaster can kill someone not immortal at will.He doesn't even move and kills Galactus.

Yeah but he cant kill Galactus like that. Apart from the fact he needs to eat planets Galactus is immortal. Maybe he could do that if Galactus was very weakened but not in his normal state.
