USAgent vs Nightwing

Now I figure everybody say that USagent is a cheap knockoff although I think he is just an amped version of Cap. So what would happen if he ran into Nightwing and decided to throw down?
Any takers?

dudes honestly, I would pay serious cash to see that. I think Nightwing will have an edge because he doesn't fight berserk. I think he is always level headed despite being intensily caught up in fights. I saw him take out Blockbuster with calm despite being in a tight spot. He would get the upper hand

not a bad thread....probably done before but....

Im gonna have to go with....ahhhhhh ummm...... USAgent on this one... I see this fight being very close though...but USAgents extra durability and strength will help him win the majority.
