Prometheus Vs. Batman
The ultimate showdown. The Batman vs. The Anti-Batman. (Grant Morrison has refered to Prometheus as such). The only rule is no ghost zone during the fights for Prometheus.
First Scenario: No prep, straight fight, usual gadgets and doodads.
Second Scenario: 1 month's prep.
The showdown begins.

First off, I should point out that Prometheus will probably not lose the same way he lost last time to Bats, by having his headgear datajacked. He's no doubt acquired and remade his helmet. 2nd, this guy beat the justice league. He's beaten Bats in a straight fight. He's knocked lady Shiva out in 3 seconds. He's a genius on par with Batman. I think Prometheus has a serious psychological edge here. Bats may have more feats, but Prometheus is good enough to make it 50/50.
