What do you mean, in your opinion? There is a definite yes or no to his question.

I don't think the two have ever fought, if they have it would have been in an off panel reference or in one panel in a big brawl, and would have been insignificant with no victor. But Juggernaut would win.

Unless his strength is more powerful than a Galactus-level being, then it is negligible. Mere strength alone is no match for the Juggernaut.

In his prime, Abomination was a mid level Class 100 Strength possessor, he was able to beat down the Hulk pretty bad.He was depowered by a gamma weapon which lowered his strength somewhere in the low level Class 100 range, but it's been stated that when in fear for his life his strength can dramatically improve.Durability wise, he's very resistant, and got also regen abilities.But Classic Juggernaut is still above him.
