Geo force is somewhere in the ball park of the heavy hitters. But he's like MM. he has to use his gravity kenesis in order to sustain that type of fight.
Thor will get rid of Killer Frost first, by blasting her with a concussive magical bolt from Mjolnir, and then he'll use some lightning to k.o. Effigy.
Now we got G-Force and RT VS Classic Thor.
From what is said in the bios, keeping the fight above the ground will be an advantage for Thor, forcing G-Force to fly in combat, and while his lava/gravitonic blasts are a force to reckon with, Thor has an array of ranged assaults as magical lightning, cosmic energies, or bolts of magical force which will be too much for Brion to take.Strengthwise, someone who can go toe to toe with Supes will surely show his own with Thor, but cutting loose, the God of Thunder will win.He also outmatch Brion speed and reflexes by far.RT has showed in the JLA/AVENGERS he can resist to Thor's control over elements, but his physical durability isn't sufficiently high to resist at various blows from Mjolnir, lightnings and so.
