THe Punisher has: AK-47 with 75 round drum magazine, twin Colt .45 handguns, pistol grip Mossberg pump shotgun, 3 frag grenades, kevlar vest, survival knife and rappling equipment.

Well when he died as a kid he was brought back by Superboy's punch. Talia recognized him, he trained with the poeple who trained Bruce and with the league of assassins IIRC

Just experience. Red Hood is intriguing. Bruce/Castle take the majority. I seen some good feats from Nightwing.
