They are heralds with a wide variety of powers. Terrax can fight herc and help morg fight thor all at the same time. using his earth powers to keep herc busy on the ground while using his herald powers to help morg beat thor to tears.
herc/thor can only win the majority if hercules is willing to used his mace but than again he did smash clor with his own version of the hammer without holding back.
Terrax, isn't that tough BUT there are too wide a variety of powers on the Heralds side to be overcome with sheer brute strength.
This all comes down to Terrax and Morg and their tendency to engage in hand to hand combat if challenged.
Terrax for instance has had his head handed to him by Morg on more than one occasion by fighting him toe to toe axe to axe, without taking advantage of his earth powers.
All out of some sense of Warrior Honour, if Herc can get him to do that then Herc can beat him, his mace can stand against the Axe of Terrax and without his earth powers backing him, Herc has the advantage.
Morg and Thor would have a pretty good fight, Thor has never had a problem taking it to herald level characters before, Thor unlike Herc has his hammer which makes him a much more versatile fighter.
The weak link here is Terrax and his tendency to have a sudden rush of blood to the head if he is insulted.
Hercules is being written off here because he doesn't fly and has no other powers than brute strenght and durability, true to a point but greatly under estimating him, people forget his combat skills, he is the superior hand to hand fighter here and Terrax is vain enough to take Herc on hand to hand if Herc tells him that the only way Terrax can beat him are by using his other powers apart from Battle skills.
This is Hercules and Thors chance of victory, goad Terrax and divide and conquer.
If however Terrax fights smart (after all hes not stupid just has a superiority complex) and they both use the power cosmic then really they should wear Thor and Herc down.
A better partner for Thor against Heralds would be Beta Ray Bill or Nova, Firelord, Surfer etc, Hercules is at a disadvantage when his opponents can fly and have a wide variety of powers as well as Strength and durability.
This makes the fight a little lobsided in the favour of Morg and Terrax but not unwinnable for Thor and Herc.
It all comes down to Morg and Terrax and if these two hotheads can keep their heads and not be goaded into doing something rash, if they can do this they win.
