He didn't beat King Thor. They threw a couple of blows but did no real damage to each other. They were then interrupted.

Quasar has much MORE feats, but Genis had an impressive short run.

I think it's folly to assume he'd beat or even hang with King Thor. 1 energy blast to KT doesn't really mean much. If I punch Spider-Man and live to tell about it, it doesn't mean I'm on his level.

So speculation aside, I'd side with Quasar for the majority....but only slightly.
