Warrior Predator/arm mounted hooks vs Doctor Octopus/ vs The Ninja Turtles
The fight takes place in a 700,000 square foot warehouse the fighters are traped in rooms away from one another and are about to be released. This is classic Ock no Adamatium and only 3 tons per arm.

Since Ock lifts 3 tons with each arm he would have the advantage.
