Spider-Man is under the charm of Black Widow (I hope I understood that part right), and is fighting on her side. Other than that, everyone fight for what they believe is right. The four teams clash in the center of the city.

(If the spiderman thing does not work, let us just pretend he is willing to fight Batman and the others, despite them being good or not)

Nope but he is more durable, stronger, faster, more agile, better reflexes et etc. With the sole exception of fighting skills, Spider-man is physically superior than Batman by far in every single way. It's no good saying Batman beat the Hulk because the Hulk should have won, and in this case Spidey should win this fight
