Great Beasts vs. Shuma-Gorath
The evil creatures known only as the great beasts are quarreling among themselves. Somon then calls a halt to the fighting. "I have found a portal into another realm. Once we conquer it, we can use it as a backdoor to regain our full power and take revenge on Alpha Flight for our defeats." The great beasts cheer and charge into the portal.
Once across, they find a strange Desolate realm. After searching for awhile, they find nothing there. Somon laughs aloud and the great beasts glow with unbridled power. THE GREAT BEASTS ARE FULL REPOWERED! "Now this world, and earth, shall be ours again!"
"YOU ARE FOOLS TO TRESPASS IN THIS REALM. FOR WITHIN HERE, I AM THE MASTER. I AM HE WHO SLEEPS BUT SHALL AWAKE, THE LEADER OF THE OLD ONES, SHUMA-GORATH!"
All 7 great beasts vs. Shuma-Gorath, in Shuma's own realm. Shuma is at his full power, as are the beasts. Can they take him down?

Unknown, impossible to say as we don't know the full power of the Great Beasts. Their vastly strong, even their equals Gods of the Arvtic beat a being that fought the Ancient One and that Dr.Strange was unsure if he could beat himself.
What? Superman cannot kill the Great Beasts, I don't think you know who they are. Plus the fact their magical, and that being Superman's weakness yeah not looking good for him. Especially when they can just look at you and attack your soul, or kill you instantly.

if you read the info on that fight, the way Strange beat him isn't available to the great beasts. Strange beat him by merging with him and trying to destroy his own ego along with Shuma's. Which ultimately failed.

They can merge, or reflect magical attacks. The Gods of the Arctic created a banishing spell so Tundra created a magical vortex sending it right back at them banishing them from our realm forever. Meh! their underated, Superman beating them? please.
No their not, they can be universal as they rule their universe and have destroyed billions of people on a planet said to be just like Earth. They have complete and utter control over their realm and can manipulate it to what they see fit. As I mentioned we don't know their full power when their in their dimension, and apprarently when they fight Shuma they will still be at full power
