It was still a planet (at the time... lol) and it was where they housed the worst scum in the entire galaxy at a gigantic prison which Batman watched over.

My point is that saying Bats is in charge of a "planet sized prison" may be true in the technical sense, but that statement makes it sound greater then it actually is.

So since Pluto is smaller than most moons, I think it's more fitting to say Bats is in charge of a "moon sized prison" lol.
