1. 30 seconds might be enough for Jeffry to transmutate himself some complex weapons, but the concentration leaves him vulnerable. So Jack probably wins like 8\10...Also Box can't transmutate concrete
Robot army vs robot army... Animated buildings vs robots built via transmutation. That's a cool fight.
2. This might be different, but again...can Jeffry adapt and reconfigure Box's body quick enough? Also he can feel the damage caused to Box robot. Jack's base strength is around class 15-20, but he can augument it with the power "taken from city" (for "charged" Jack, look his fight with Regis). Jack might win, but not by a large majority... It depends on time needed for Box to reconfigure the robotic body.
Yeah, Madison won't be transmuting the entire city, and even Jack's healing is nigh-instantaneous from serious injury when he's in a city. Box is in trouble. Jack's practially low herald when he's in a major city.
Angie would be....interesting. Assuming Madison could manipulate her liquid machinery, she'd be screwed completely. But she has more power overall, so if she could negate his control over her, she'd win the large majority.
Indeed, Jack is on a higher level of manipulation then Jeffries is. His only chance is set off a nuke by destroying part of his mass incinerating the city, but if there is people in it he won't do it. Unless it's villian mind-controlled Jeffries
Jeffries has yet to show a limit of control, as he absorbed a building into his suit, but Jack has feats that make that feat look like nothing. Tokyo armor anyone?

True, but there's plenty of other stuff too. And has Madison ever transmuted the amount of materials in a large city? I'm unfamiliar with his best feats so maybe he has...but that seems like a tall order for any transmuter.
No, his best feat for transmutation is absorbing a building into his Box armor growing hundreds of feet tall, and then destroying part of his mass setting off an atomic blast and in a split second use the mass that wasn't destroyed transform into a spaceship that can go faster than lightspeed and get the hell off the planet while the blast exploded.
Yeah. You or I would have a good shot at beating him then, because he's got some decent H2H skill, but there's a couple instances of him becoming weaker than a normal human when he's completely cut off from cities.
He doesn't die when cut off, so Mungi's assessment is a bit too far, but he's definitely screwed beyond belief.
After about 15 minutes in desert Jack becomes a vegetable (see Revolution/fight with Bendix)... So to kill him for sure his adversary has to BFR him to desert or jungle and make sure he stays there for 15 minutes....
If I remember correctly, after 15 minutes the damage to Jack's body is almost impossible to heal. 15 minutes is a deadline...
