The Earth's would die horribly. Something like that would require the entire GL corps and/or Spectre to get involved. Way too many Elder god types there.

edit: Marvel Earth has no chance whatsoever. DC has a better chance but would really need a lot of help from cosmics, and the Quintessence ( and the Phantom Stranger) just to hold back that type of force.

No, probably not. I meant they could help stall, but the team is wayy too powerful to be beaten. Some of those peeps you listed are borderline abstract, at least imho.
