I have to dismiss the idea that the LT and Spectre are somehow equals.

There is no canon depiction or evidence of such.

I personally do not compare them at all,

they may be equals, one may be more powerful than the other, no one knows.

Yes. The Spectre seems more powerful. being able to actually be the presence by merging with the logoz/Source.

Michael and Lucifer = the Presence

now Spectre can be the Presence aswell.

It was never shown that he was knocked out. They only laughed at him that they bopped his head. It was left up in the air what happened to him.
