Captain Marvel vs Omni-Man

This seem almost exactly even when I thought of it. So I would say stalemate but I could be wrong.

This is Billy just before Day Of Vengence. So original Captain Marvel before becoming Shazam!

Omni man lacks feats that put him near Captain Marvel. He may of plowed through Earth's heroes but the handbook to the invincible universe shows Earth's heroes arn't all that powerful. The immortal is only listed at 25 tons.
