Well you know what Madcap might be able to make WM lose his mind but he cant kill him. Apparently Madcap has some insane haeling ability but we dont know if he can recover from a severed head. So I dunno.

The reason i think that madcap stands a chance is because the penence stare does to its victim what madcaps personality already is.
