Hell, Supergirl physically fought and beat a man made of kryptonite while under Clarks tutoledge and won..and she is not as resistant as Clark is.

this is very similar to a fight i've done before superman vs ironman in an adamantium/vibrainium extremis armor with kryptonight/red solar energy weapons
