The last two times I know of Batman fighting Superman was in Hush and in the beginning of Batman/Superman...Each time he had a car held over his head about to crush him when something saved him. Superman was holding back in Hush trying to resist Ivy and in Batman/Superman a future version of Superman wasn't even bothering with Batman because he was trying to kill his past self but when he did bother with Batman then he nearly killed him with ease. How is it a debate? Batman has no chance against a bloodlusted Superman.
