Rocket Red (DC) is a member of the Russian Rocket Reds. There like Russia's GL Corps (so-to-speak. Not as powerful as GLs, like an army of Russian Ironmen).

Red Son. He wasn't an actual "Rocket Red" though (soldier in an exo-suit), just Supes raised as a commie.

isnt this like your 2nd or 3rd thread with rockmanX and zero?
anyway i think given the variety of villains and levels of strength both zero and X have overcome in their own roster of enemies i think they can handle crimson dynamo and rocket red pretty well.
