 Mister Gideon vs Luke Cage

Mister Gideon: muscular African-American man similar to Doc Samson.[2] Contrary to Doc Samson who loses his powers if he cuts his hair, Gideon loses his powers if he allows his hair to grow. He is armed with a pair of titanium knuckles.

Don't know what his strength level is, but it is possibly greater than Luke's. Who wins?
