Takes place in Thor #3 out soon. Who will actually win? Remember Iron Man has a lot of feats. Can he really beat The God of Thunder? Thor is very angry at his friend. I'll put up some scans tomorrow.
The new thor is looking far stronger than his usual power levels so I definitely give this to him, but Tony will probably stop him somehow via PIS in the comic.
Thor in teh curbstompinz. Even though he hasn't really done anything so we have no clue. Presumably he's just at Classic levels, since there's no reason to think he got an upgrade or downgrade.
But seriously, even if they DO happen to fight, it's never a clear-cut thing when two heroes fight. Thor will punk him somehow, get in the bad graces of SHIELD, but not do too much damage to him. Strange, BRB, and Sentry are probably the only people on Earth capable of actually doing anything to him.
Nobody is beating Thor now save for a Thor villain. Whenever someone returns from the dead, they're allowed to steamroll anything in their path. That's comic book writing 101, people.
Hulk and BB have never really been at his level...at least not consistently. SG's a plot device, albeit a funny one, and Daap? I dunno...maybe. He seems kinda high on hype and low on feats.
That I know of Ironman and Thor have fought about three times.
First time I know of Ironman was clearly winning (or at least he looked better in the fight)
Second he lost, but he was also ambushed by him and low on power (he had just fought with someone else and traveled a long way)
Third he held his own against RKT with the Thor Buster Armor
Just saying....if Thor was smart he would win everytime, but considering he is just a big guy with a hammer most of the time, Tony can outsmart him.
