 Silver Samurai/CaptainAmerica/Colossus VS Gambit/Spiderman/Cyclops

this actually comes from a debate between me and an buddy of mine at the arcade we both love to play Marvel VS Capcom2 and normally these are the teams we play with. me being the SilverSamura/Cap/Colossus team. and him the other. and it came to us wondering who would take the win if these teams actually got together and fought it out in the comics

im here for your opinions.

Silver Samurai [both arms, teleportation ability]
Captain America
Colossus

vs

Gambit
Spiderman
Cyclops

who wins? why? is this an unbalanced matchup?

sorry for any miss spelled words or names. wrote this kinda fast.
