Isabelle for the win. In order for Sylar to beat her, he would have to cut her head open for learn her powers. Isabelle would take him out before that would even happen.

isabell was indestructible and her TK was far Superior to sylars. He had all those powers but all he really used was TK. And she's tuffer, stronger, and her TK is more potent.
