Matching power to power, I think Graviton has the edge. But in showings, Exodus is known to take on groups of Superheros as well. (Avengers, X-Men, X-Force, even the Acolytes).

I would love to see how these two would dish out powers, to take down one another.

However, if Graviton does not have protection/resistance against Exodus TP. I see the match in favor of Exodus.
